We are a non-profit, self funded competitive swim team managed by parent committee members.  The BBST belongs to the 5C League along with Bellefontaine, Troy, Tipp City, Minster and Versailles swim teams.  We are a summer swim team managed by parent volunteers.

We accept swimmers as ages 6-18.  Swimmers must be 6 by June 1st of the current season.  Swimmers will learn 4 basic strokes, Backstroke, Freestyle, Breast and Butterfly.  They will also be taught proper dives and flip turns.

There are 5 meets during the season and 1 Championship meet.  The season starts June 1st.  Championships are held each year on the third Saturday in July.  

Swimmers may swim up to 5 events per swim meet, 3 individual and 2 relays.

Committee members manage the business part of the swim team.  They plan for upcoming seasons and events.  They ensure that swimmers have fun and parents are kept informed. Our team of members consist of:

Ashleigh Ratermann is the team's Treasurer.   

Jayme McCullough will be handling team attire.
